*NOTES:

1. Customer must sign a one (1) year service contract
2. Service contract includes 5000 airtime minutes that must be used within 12 month period after unit is commissioned
3. The 5000 minutes of airtime for this plan will be reduced to a special rate of $1.56 USD per minute
4. Any minutes used after the 5000 will be charged at regular per minute rate (see Inmarsat rate plans).
5. After the 12 month period, any minutes not used from the 5000 will be billed at the regular per minute rate (see Inmarsat rate plans).
6. Terminal must be activated by January 15, 2002.
7. Crystal Communications may cancel or change, at their discretion, this special, at any time, without prior notice.
