NOTES:
  1. All per minute airtime rates indicated are from Satellite Phones terminated anywhere within the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US V. Islands.  International long distance rates are additional and are available upon request.
  2. Fax access requires an additional HD Fax Interface Unit available from Crystal Communications.
  3. Calls are billed in 1-minute increments, 1-minute minimum.
  4. Crystal Communications reserves the right to alter pricing.
  5. Discount levels apply to minute charges only (not access fees) and are retroactive to the first minute.
  6. To determine discount level, total minutes of use by account is used.
  7. The "Talk Group Access" fee provides one talk group per Satellite phone.
  8. Satellite phones paying monthly "Talk Group Access" are not charged standard monthly voice access fee.
  9. Dispatch service rates are subject to change on 30 days notice.
  10. Applicable voice/data/fax airtime rate charges when satellite phone is not in Dispatch Mode.
